With the introduction of the EU’s General Data Regulation (GDPR) in the UK with effect from 25th May 2018 we have ensured we have undertaken a review on the suppliers to whom we transfer data.

We will never pass or sell your data except where a third party requires the data to provide communications as part of our normal property management service with regards to quotes or information you may request/require from suppliers and sub-contractors.

When you register your personal information on our website such as: name, address, postcode, telephone number, email, personal identification and/or photograph ID. By submitting your information, you consent to its use, as set out in this policy.

We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. Unfortunately, information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the JLPS website. Any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
