I have worked in Estate Agency for 25 years in a range of roles: UK sales secretary, international sales secretary, office management and property management.

I have lived in Fulham, SW6 for over 30 years and have bought and sold several properties in the area during this time and finally settled in Parsons Green.

Janie Lapwood Property Services started approx. 15 years ago by finding tenants and managing my next door neighbour’s property (which ensured I had nice neighbours!) This landlord then recommended me to a friend and I took on their property to manage, they then recommended me etc., etc., and my private portfolio grew. Janie Lapwood Property Services is the trading name of Janie Lapwood, Sole Trader.

My USP is that Janie Lapwood Property Services consists of only myself and therefore the landlords and tenants know it will always be me that they liaise with on any matter at any time.
