• ARLA Propertymark - Associaton of Residential Lettings Agent - complies with having Professional Indemnity Insurance, Client Money protection Scheme, belongs to Independent Redress Scheme and adheres to a Code of Practice and the Associations Byelaws.

• DPS - Deposit Protection Scheme                                                                                                                                                                    The tenant’s deposit will be lodged with the DPS Custodial Scheme  which will remain there throughout the period of the tenancy, repaying it when they leave the property.
